- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the App's blocking features
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Maintain the security of your device and Screen Time permissions## Screen Time PermissionsThe App requires access to Apple's Screen Time API to function. By granting these permissions, you:- Authorize the App to view your installed applications
- Authorize the App to temporarily block access to apps you select
- Understand that you can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings## Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operationWe do not guarantee that the App will:- Meet your specific requirements
- Be available at all times without interruption
- Be free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
- Successfully block all selected apps under all circumstances## Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- Loss of profits or data
- Business interruption
- Personal injury
- Property damageARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.## IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.## Changes to the AppWe reserve the right to:- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
- Update, change, or remove features
- Release new versions that may require you to accept updated terms## Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
